   Horrible service, called asked if something is available. He told me it's not available without even checking. I have never had bad service such as this before from Home Bargains.

   Good size but unfortunately often out of stock of mango. I only come for the dried mango so it’s been sad to see no mango for the past two visits. Still good for garden furniture and toiletries though. Good deals to be had. Shop is tidy and clean too. Never enough staff on tills, but I don’t mind a short queue. 5*.

   Wandering round hermiston gate retail park, supposedly window shopping, eh no, ended up going into home bargains. It's a clean and bright store, but way too easy to spend on things that you don't really need like me. Doggy chocolate advent calendar x2. Oops

   Great selection of stuff in this new store. To be honest, I find some of the things they sell to be absolute rubbish, but then they can be great for food and toiletries, that sort of thing, where they have that unique selection of foreign brands, or bizarre old brands you haven't seen for years, plus different flavours of things you don't find in the main supermarkets. A bit like doing your shopping in a foreign supermarket when you're on holiday.
