   Update: i have prelims now, i went into the tesco yesterday normally and went today, i was getting served in the morning normally then gosia appeared distracted the person serving, looks at me and says im not allowed in the shop after the last “incident” where i didnt do anything, she accuses me while still allowing older years who have probably done worse. This isnt fair, now i have to starve at lunch

   Solomon, the security officer just greeted me with, "Welcome to Tesco Sir." He then directed me to what I needed. Absolute gentleman. A credit to the store. As is the young girl who served me. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Michael is always very helpful too.

   The young Asian women served me around 11:20 (3rd October 2025) she always looks mad whenever I see her working. She’s asks me for ID despite seeing it over 10+ times. She doesn’t respond when talking to her even a simple hello. Terrible attitude. Just counted my change and it’s off £1 I know it’s not much but will be double checking my change around her.

   I am a regular in this Tesco, some staff are very unpleasant and slow. Only exception is Chloe and the Polish supervisor (With the bob hair style) and the security staff. The lass working Wednesday afternoon 10/09 at 3pm with the ginger curly hair is arrogant and rude and made a comment about me to another staff member who laughed. A customer pushed in the queue the first time and went back to his vehicle and then pushed in the queue again she made a sarcastic comment when I said something, claiming she wouldn't let someone jump the queue, she did twice so she should not comment and argue with customers when she wasn't watching from the other side of the counter. She should rather concentrate on improving her customer service skills. Very unprofessional and unpleasant, she should not be in a customer service role!

   The man working closing shift and precisely 11:45pm Sunday 22nd of June, Would not allow me to buy monster with a valid Identification, absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour he does not deserve to have a job. And honestly needs serious self reflection on his character. weak individual

   The Staff are great - particularly Jackie and Curtis. I am acknowledged when I arrive, shop, or leave! It is my 'Go to' shop. I am very poor but I enjoy the whole shopping experience with Tesco.

   I have just been served in tesco express willowbrae rd. Young lady has been really nice, helpfull and enthusiastic. Most polite service i have received for a long time. Usually stuff is rude, unhelping and act like i bother them while shopping. Looks like human resources department started to act.

   Products in there are extremely expensive compared to other shops in the area. One normal butter crosaaint there is 85p. I just bought 6 croissants and paid £5.10 and in Morrison's you can get 6 for £1.50. You just thought you should go to Tesco because it's closer to home but honestly there is no point if it's 10 times more expensive. Also the cashiers don't ask if you want a receipt. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there it's a total rip off and not worth the money.
