The store is shit 10 mins before 11 and they wouldn't let me in. I asked them that they are supposed to be open till 11 and let me in, but they say they were already packed and ready to leave.
Great shop with helpful staff. And perfect for a passport photo as has a passport Photo Booth.
We went in around 2pm to drop off an Evri package and were told we would had to wait about an hour before they could accept an Evri package drop off.
Terrible service, keep not get giving what i paid for, harassed out of shop yet i wait for other people to be served, never get all of my food or change with no receipts, bumped last night for £2...what a joke....utter disgraceful, don't waste your time, tried to be freindly lost £2 & half my food...a farce
The Parcel sending facilities are very inconsistent. Often you will print of the Label and then be told they don't have enough space to accept the parcel. I feel this could be solved by just putting up a sign when they are full and then removing it once accepting parcels again however this is not being completed by the store. Service is inconsistent and the security guard stares down basically anyone who enters the store. Staff are often also not available on the till despite this being a relatively busy store. Layout is also poor with the aisles being to narrow to even pass someone in most cases and the price difference between supermarket and express is shocking in certain cases. Almost double the price for Bin Bags on certain brands and almost £4 for HP sauce. I would avoid when/if possible
Great staff and everyone does their best with the awkward narrow aisles but I'm starting to hate going in there. Why do the Security men have to stare at you so intently? I'm hardly the demographic they should be focusing on. Am I the only one...? It's intimidating and frankly unnecessary.
Total waste of space , shelves no stock and self service came up call for assistance but no one came left the shop with nothing

I never had any problem shopping there, it's a Tesco Express (!), it does what it sais on the tin. However, if you ever wanted to use their newly added Hermes Parcel Shop function, please, be advised that they refuse to take 'any parcel larger than what would fit in one of their plastic bags, as they haven't got space for anything larger' - so I was told at the counter. My box was large, but still within the guidelines specified on the Hermes website where I booked the service with a drop-off. The trouble is, you have to do the booking in advance, picking the exact drop-off location at the time of the booking, so it wasn't just a matter of taking it somewhere else. I had to cancel the service, and ended up booking with a different provider. That's time of my life I will never get back. I 100% understand the lack of space, I just wish they had made it clear and known that there are such restrictions at certain Parcel Shops, so one doesn't waste their time booking to "the wrong place" with restrictions further restricting the Hermes guidelines, just to go there, be turned down, go home, cancel and re-book with an actually viable option. This should be information known and available in advance, I hope I was the last one walking in this caveat. Save yourself the hassle and time.
I come here pretty much every day but this is the first time the security guard has followed me all the way around the shop and stood and stared at me the whole time. I'm assuming it is because I had a pram but he could probably have been a bit more subtle. It didn't exactly make me feel as I was welcome to shop at my leisure and it means I'll be avoiding this Tesco as much as possible in future.
