   This is quite a good store, but I've been after superglue which they have a stand for, for 10 days and nothing is in? Then I ask the manager when the superglue will come in, and he says basically, "it will come in, when it comes in" which isn't of any use to people? The same goes for their lollipops, they had a range of orange lollipops etc which came in one packet, thin and slim, and I've asked 3 times now about these... told these are returning, but then they don't? Responsibility needs to be taken please, and management should ensure products are available!

   A handy spot for household items and food, but the cluttered aisles and staff trolleys blocking the way make it feel far less tidy than it used to be.

   Never got cans of juice in the fridge? Who wants to drink warm cans of juice? I’ve mentioned a few times when in but clearly falls on deaf ears!!!

   A great shop good size too lots of stuff at good prices they definitely need more tiles open on a Sunday it's pretty bad from my experience and sometimes a Friday too long lines .

   Shop here a lot Never had bad experience until today (Tuesday 15th November) Person on checkout needs a course on customer service Very rude on the verge off been ignorant No customer interaction to busy talking to someone on head set No please thank you not even a smile Had there been a manager near I would of spoken to them Very poor service

   Usually a brilliant store however, in the last 8 months or so it has gone completely down hill. Staff are rude. I’ve heard numerous staff discussing what they’re doing at the weekend, swearing and talking about each-other over their headsets. Customers are lucky if they get a greeting at the till and shopping is thrown at you after scanning. It’s also disgusting to see staff members in uniform smoking at the entrance door. I would rather not have to walk through the smoke that’s just been blown out of a staff members mouth when entering/exiting the shop. The shop is always really grubby and stock looks like it’s been thrown on the shelves. Such a shame as it used to be the best Home Bargains in Edinburgh.
