   On Monday, June 10th, 2024, at 5:30 PM, I visited the Redhill store to buy a shoe for my wife. The staff showed no interest in assisting us, stating that the store was closing at 6:00 PM. Despite my request to see a specific shoe size, they ignored us. This level of service is unacceptable, especially since the lady in the store was particularly rude.

   Extremely limited stock of women's clothing. I was looking for a proper sports top but instead there were just a handful of cotton t-shirts, which you can get in any shop and definitely don't want to use for sports, unless you think crazy golf is a sport ;)

   Visit the store looking for trainers. Found a pair that I liked but unfortunately didn't had my size in stock. Darren the sales representative were amazing and went out his way to find me a store close by with my size in stock. This guys is s huge asset to the store and have a great personality. Thank you very much Darren

   Shop assistants are not helpful at all / if you find one!!! Tall guy with black glasses ( manager/door mate...), rude as a ... Please get him a training about how to communicate with customers or just replace him. I don't recommend to buy anything here

   Appalling attitude to customer service experienced today! Friend wanted to swap a £20 box of underwear, that had not been opened. Had receipt. Was told by sales staff that it was impossible, as they don't accept even unopened boxes. The section they were in was a total mix up of sizes and styles, even though they looked the same. Insisted he would have been told when bought that you could not return. How can they prove this? Why don't you put a big sign by the underwear section that under no circumstances will you swap even if you inadvertently pick up wrong style? Also had been given a faulty Sports. Direct bag that had splits up the side (she seemed to already know they had a faulty batch). Refused to even replace the £1 bag as they didn't have exactly the same one in stock, saying it was not on the same receipt, even though total was nearly £100. As she could only issue a refund to the card if proof was given that it had been paid for. Suggested my friend had not paid for the bag????!!!! Not that the staff prior may not have rung it through the till?! Really? You think people go around stealing bags emblazoned with Sports Direct?!! Could you just not have replaced a £1 bag to show goodwill? You have just lost two customers!!!
