   Absolutely disgusted that cigarette kiosk closes at 8 pm. No valid reason given. I argued with the manager as store is open till 10pm and nowhere does it say cigarette kiosk closes early. They appear to sell alcohol till 10. Extremely unhelpful staff. Formal complaint to follow

   I enjoy shopping at the Dalgety bay store but my one criticism is why does the cigarette kiosk close so much earlier than the shop ? I have went down on two seperate occasions to find it closed & staff behind the counter i then need to drive down to Asda which is infuriating .

   I would like to thank Tesco in Dalgety Bay for gifting my business, Divit Barbers a potted Christmas Tree. This is being used as a memory tree and members of the community can hang a bauble in memory of a loved one. I am overwhelmed by the response this has received. 10/10 Tesco as I couldn't have done it without you. Hopefully our tree grows beautifully all year long ♥️

   On the whole a nice store, however disappointed at their response to feedback about unsatisfactory service, instead of reflecting and learning from where things go wrong to prevent recurrence of issues in the future they take feedback personally.
