   First time in Decathlon. Great products and affordable prices. There is plenty of space. So if you have a family with you it is excellent. Saw a youngster trying out some roller skates in safety. How cool is that. Unfortunately the product I needed for Christmas is sold out. That's when AJ came over to help me out. No problem! He has ordered one for me. Due in on Sunday. So helpful. Very impressive. Very personable. One day he will be the Boss !

   I visited Decathlon recently looking for camping equipment, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The store was messy — empty boxes lying around, poorly organized shelves, and it was difficult to find what I needed. It felt more like a warehouse than a retail store. Staff were present but didn’t seem very engaged or approachable. For a brand known for outdoor gear and adventure, I expected a more professional and inviting setup. Hopefully, they can improve the in-store experience soon.

   Great range of stock in this store and with a good range of prices to suit most people too. Changing rooms generally stink and can be a bit snug, the ones with solid doors are far better than those with curtains as the changing rooms open out directly onto the shop floor. Staff helpful when asked but not pushy at all.
