    The shop itself and the majority of the staff are fine. There are some new-ish ones though that don't seem to understand basic manners and customer service seems to be beyond their comprehension. Really annoyed me today when I was clearly struggling to pack a bag with a toddler in tow, and instead of waiting a few seconds til I finally packed the bag and moved away, the staff member just called the next customer forward who was basically standing over my toddler to pay for their stuff. It was incredibly rude and if they had just waited a few seconds, or even helped put the items into the bag, it would've been fine. No need for the rush either as there wasn't a queue. Basic customer service isn't that hard so maybe more training is needed here.

    their staff is NOT worth it they charged me the same amount twice When I told them that they had a mistake, they told me that I had bought twice I charged gas and bus card once, I also have statements, but they don't recognize the error because I can't speak English well they made fun of me their system always blocks beware and beware look at your online banking when shopping at this store with a credit card

    Great staff here sadly putting prices up every couple of days items going out of date highly priced max profit for scotmid at all times no longer family friendly suggest going to large supermarket to get more for your money choice of foods always same day in day out with no changes staff paid min guess money is all they care about if I research how much cash they made it would say plenty
