Terribly managed store , there was 20 people in the queue and only one cashier . It was also peak time and i had to wait 30 minutes just to be served . Ridicolous management
If I could give a minus score I would have given it too. I have never seen such a disgrace, there are thousands of people out there who really need work, 3 employees, 2 female and 1 male, are standing together and I am showing a picture of a product but all I am told is to move forward. I asked one young employee again and he tried to help me even though it was not his department but we couldn't find it but at least he was helpful. The reason I am writing this is because the boss should let everyone know, if he continues like this the customers won't come. And as i was leaving he said in a that you couldn't find it?, you should be thankful I left without maka a trouble mate
I stopped coming here because every time I did I felt like I was doing something wrong. They always have a huge and intimidating guy at the exit asking you for your receipt when you leave and if you didn’t purchase anything he ask you to show everything you have or he looks at you like he was forgiving you for something.
Emmanuel at the Wood Green branch was really patient with me and actually gave me an opinion when comparing shoes. He even offered up suggestions for a better fitting shoe. Great service !
The products are great and good quality. They are really up to date with all of the new shoes. The only problem is the price, but that’s just a me problem. I recommend this shop.
I received very bad customer service in Sports Direct's Shops so I decided to buy online. However they are scamming people. I sent back trainers that were faulty 6 weeks ago and still they have not refunded me. When I checked Sports Direct reviews on Trust Pilot so many people have been scammed by asking to send their faulty products back and then they just say it got "lost in transit" and they do not issue a refund. I can see that even in their stores they are providing very poor customer service by reading the google reviews. I would advise all people to shop elsewhere. Customers drive the profits of the company not the owners. The staff in the Enfield Retail Park shop are also the same very rude and once I asked for my size 11 in 6 different trainers and they just didn't even check and said "out of stock". I am posting my webchat with Sports Direct customer services so people can see how they are scamming people and shop elsewhere to avoid being scammed like me.
Only 2 staff available to manage the shoe dept. It took over 10 minutes for someone to check if my size was available as the previous staff member was distracted by other customers.
