I visited Aga at the Drylaw location (663-667 Ferry Road, Edinburgh, EH4 2TX) today at around 5:00pm, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for me. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer experience, but Aga certainly does. I left feeling very happy with the service – thank you so much, Aga! Highly recommended.

Racist employees I was buying things for my brother because he was lil upset and went we r trying to pick stuff a worker was looking at us and after a min he walked up to us and said get out get out I said why he said u r stealing he didn’t let me defend my self or talk he said last time get out then we js walked out and my lil brother was crying.
Paypoint never works. Staff spend more time outside smoking than serving customers and its cash only cause their machines are always down. The post office is never open. And opening times change daily. Should be shut down.
Popped in last night to pick up a few things... to realise I had forgot to bring a gas mask with me... the stench of BO is absolutely ridiculous!! It's not even like it's one worker the whole shop is stinking! Maybe give them free or discounted bar of soap and some deodorant....

Great, handy and very useful shop to grab items on the way home! However.... I am so disappointed about manners and attitude of one of workers... All are always so helpful and kind but today I asked about cocacloa deal and I met moody grumpy unhelpful young man who treat me as a persona non grata in the shop I'll try to speak with his manager...
