   I bought a cap from them over 15 years ago and I am still using it to this day. If it’s the same people running it, the lady was really helpful on the phone and I was and still happy with my cap.

   Firstly, let me say I do not even give this one star, but I couldnt post without filling at least one star.... I am sooooo very disappointed by this company. It was recommended to me by a colleague who purchased a medium sized cap from Aquapride a couple of years ago. To be fair the cap looked very good so I thought I would order one too. I placed the order on 24 August and have not received anything in the post. But what is more disheartening is the fact that I have left 3 voicemail messages, one online query and an email querying this purchase and have not received any response. Not one!! The money was taken from my account. However, be warned that one section under the Delivery/Returns tab states, "All products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier." Please be warned.. I have just paid £15.99 incl postage for an item not received. There is absolutely no proof of delivery as the invoice shows authorisation code for money taken from my card but no postage reference. I am going to seek advice from the Trading Standards as this is not right.!
