   My first time visiting this store. I came here to collect an online order and was greeted with such friendly helpful staff. I ordered two sizes of the same shoe as wasn't sure which one fits better. They allowed me to try them on straight after collection of the order in the store. Desimo helped assess which size fit my feet better. The team also helped me to process refund of the size I didnt keep. A very good experience!

   Akash and Bruno were very helpful giving expert advice and knowledge of the various different Nike styles they helped with sizing and ensuring I left with shoes that I was happy with given there is a lot of choice and it can be overwhelming. Definitely recommend buying from here customer service is exceptional.

   I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred at the Nike Oxford Circus store in London on 9 November, at approximately 5:15 p.m. During my visit to the upper floor of the store, in the women’s running shoes section, I was a victim of theft. While waiting to try on a pair of shoes, I was assisted by an Afro-descendant male staff member, who engaged in conversation with me for around 25 minutes. During that time, another employee was positioned behind me, and my mobile phone was stolen. What deeply concerns me is not only the theft itself but also the behavior and lack of response from the store team. The staff member who was assisting me appeared completely indifferent when I realized my phone was missing — and even seemed to be aware of what was happening behind me. After reporting the incident, neither the store manager on duty nor the security personnel took any action or showed any concern. I specifically requested that the security footage between 5:25 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. be reviewed immediately, but no steps were taken. This situation goes far beyond a material loss. My phone contained personal records and irreplaceable memories from a significant event that took place that same day. I left the store feeling disrespected, unprotected, and unsafe in a place that represents a brand I have always admired — one that I associate with excellence, trust, and respect for its customers. Given the seriousness of this matter, I respectfully request: 1. An immediate internal investigation into the incident; 2. A review of CCTV footage from 5:25 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. on the day in question; 3. Identification of all staff members present in the women’s running section at that time; 4. An official response from Nike’s management regarding the actions being taken to ensure customer safety and accountability in your stores. I firmly believe that how this matter is handled will reflect Nike’s true commitment to integrity, transparency, and customer respect. I kindly request a formal response within 24 hours, given the urgency and gravity of the situation.

   This is a great one for any sports enthusiast that comes to the city for a visit. You get great vibes in a nice atmosphere and of course great, high quality sports clothing, shoes and anything else you might need to get a great workout in.    Half the items on mannequins aren’t actually for sale or even Nike products, which is super strange. It’s a large store with loud music, an ever changing landscape that’s visual interesting but there is no depth in this place and is a shame to see the design going down the pan. Far too expensive as well.

   Was in my absolute element!!! Walking in felt like i was back in the States! I spoke to a to a handful of members of staff and they were all super helpful. Was disappointed that the sneaker I was after wasn't available in the store. But that's not a fault of the store. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for anything nike. Hands down to you guys amazing store and vibe about the place.

   I saw a shoe on the website which clearly state it’s in store, I tried ordering it online but it was not working. I left my house for Nike Dunk older kids shoe and got there, the girl on the first floor said it’s available upstairs. The second floor and third floor boy and girl said it’s not available, I just don’t understand why they will put its available in store when it’s not and waste my time..
