I think this place has really gone downhill. It used to be so friendly and the advisers were all full of great advice and really wanted to find you the right shoe. Now it's just the hard sales pitch, they are impatient, don't seem to be able to answer your questions, just want their (I assume) commission. They're really rude, almost childish(!), if you then don't buy anything

Just had my first gait analysis here as a new-ish runner needing some shoes better suited to me. I think it was Gisele who helped and she was incredibly knowledgeable, asked lots of questions and let me take my time. Testing the shoes outside rather than on a treadmill is a plus. I found the type I like pretty quickly, didn't buy on the spot and there was no pressure to! But picked up a few other things - they do accessories and gels etc too. Would 100% recommend and would go back too

I had such a good experience at Run and Become. I don't often buy new kit and have never used a running vest before so was glad to have a look around and get some advice. Manuela was really helpful and I felt she really understood my needs and was knowledgeable about the products. I can't believe I've been running this many years without a running vest, it's been such a game changer! 10/10 would recommend and will be going back next time I need any new running bits :) Thank you!

My lovely running group gave me a birthday gift voucher for this shop and recommended it highly and I‘m so pleased they did. I have just had a really good time getting assessed and fitted for running shoes by a brilliant expert in all things running shoe - Michelle. She was so talented that even though the first pair she selected for me was a marriage made in heaven, she encouraged me to try on others just to make sure and to see if the fit could be finessed further. She took a lot of time and made sure everything was right. A real professional and credit to the store. My shoes feel fantastic.

Probably the best running shop in London. Full, detailed and thorough fitting process. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not overpriced and when you consider the level of service offered, I really would look no further when considering a running shop. They offer a free membership for loyalty discounts and they also give 10% discount if you're a member of a UK Athletics running club. Really good selection of shoes and running apparel. Worth booking an appointment because it gets busy, especially on Saturdays. Oh, and lastly, they give you the shoes to try out at home, if there's anything wrong with them, you can exchange it for something better. Great service.

Went in for a free gait analysis. She took her time to find a perfect fit, comfortable, right support. She even worked with my Conservative colour preference. I've since worked out in my new balance shoes and I am so pleased. Great service, reasonably priced shoes.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience today, stumbled across Run and Become and asked for a gait analysis. The staff are so knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I wanted in a running shoe. They identified I had a need for more support to prevent any injuries in future. I would recommend them to everyone! They really are experts.

I booked an appointment at Run and Become in March. I tried on several of pairs of shoes and received some excellent advice from someone who clearly ran regularly and also clearly knew what they were talking about. I’ve done this a few times at various running shops and thought the Run and Become service was probably the best I’ve had. There was absolutely no hard sell. I thought the shoes were great and bought them. I checked the price of the shoes online when I got home and in this case Run and Become were actually the cheapest price out there for my size as well. The shoes have been excellent but unfortunately part of the sole came apart after several weeks of running (most likely a manufacturing defect which can occasionally happen). I messaged Run and Become who replied that same day with a return label and I had a new pair of shoes within the next few days. No quibble. Excellent service all the way. I’ll be back in a few months.
