We ordered online for delivery to this store, but after checking via phone we were informed that the store had closed. We now need to wait until the delivery has βfailedβ to be able to redirect our purchase. The person who is fielding the redirected phone calls from customers was extremely helpful, but we are going to be charged by Parcel Force for delivery to a new address. Not an ideal situation. Perhaps Jack Wolfskin could reimburse the new delivery cost? Hence, 3 stars. 5 for the employee and 1 for the company.

Great products but really disappointing customer service. Having to persuade staff into offering alternative winter jackets to what they donβt have in stock is really tedious. I donβt understand why the staff donβt want to sell you something & why itβs so βdead endedβ. Went would have been happy with some alternative suggestions. Went to North Face instead who were crazy helpful and purchased from there instead. A real shame. Avoid this store.

Took my wife to the Jack Wolfskin Long Acre store today for a new jacket. Amazing staff - so welcoming, friendly and efficient! We have been several times. Great range and quality. We left very happy. Thankyou!

I second other reviews of online services. online stated 4-6 days delivery. called 7 business days later and was told by staff it is NEVER less than 8, it won't have left Germany, and they MAY dispatch next week, but it is not guaranteed. online live chat down web email form down phone - non UK support and a chargeable number - advertised as freephone. service is a joke, staff in stores have no info on business standards or practices, told me i can speak to no one, the online, nonfunctional tools, are the only way. UPDATE: 8 working days into the 4-6 working day collection advertised, Iβm told it is still has not being picked from Germany, and may not dispatch this week.

This review concerns the online customer service experience of Jack Wolfskin. The website, delively times and customer service of this company is completely utter rubbish. Purchased a jacket online on 28/11 and chose collect in-store, as the website clearly states delivery within three to four working days. I was flying shortly after that and thus, it seemed a very good option, as I needed to take the jacket with me. Nine working days and several phone-calls later, I received an email that the jacket was shipped on Tuesday 07/12 from Hamburg, Germany and it will take 14(!) working days to arrive at the store, for me to pick up. I tried to kindly explain to the customer service that the only reason I decided to collect in-store is because I needed the article. They repeatedly made empty promises they will resolve the issue. I suggested that I pick-up the jacket from the store that has it already in stock. They said this is ok, as long as I pay the full price and not the discounted (Black Friday promotion) price they were advertising when I purchased the jacket. Clearly, customer service is not their forte. Finally, when I mentioned that the T&Cs on their website are false and do not stand for what they offer, they let me know that this could indeed be the case. Therefore, Jack Wolfskin not only admits it purposely advertises false delivery dates and times and gives the wrong impression to customers, but at the same time admits that as a company, they will do nothing to rectify this. This case is now with the trading standards Ombudsman who will take it further on my behalf. As a customer, I would strongly suggest to stay away from this brand and order from other high-street names that can give you peace of mind.

I had an amazing customer expierience in this store. I was looking for a backpack but I didnβt have an idea what sort of backpack I needed. Dark hair lady approached me. We had a conversation about my travels and she gave me some useful traveling tips. She was knowledgeable and passionate about backpacks. After talking to her l knew exactly what l needed. It was the easiest shopping trip l have made in a while and I highly recommend to visit this small outdoor store before any trip.
