   Got my wife a voucher to buy running shoes so she went to take a look and get them yesterday. Store was quiet she was only person there, staff member was standoffish but got a pair she wanted they didn’t have her size so the guy just walked off. No advice no other options or questions etc. totally rude.

   I asked the staff if a particular model of shoe on display was available in my size and was told to return in an hour when the person trained to check would be back from lunch. First time I've ever been in a shoe store where only one member of staff is able to check the back for shoes! How bizarre

   I went to runners need today to find a pair of running trainers and the customer service was second to none. Haithaim who was so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. He knew the technical details of all the trainers and tailored the advice specific to my running needs. He helped me find the perfect pair!    Fantastic experience at this location. I was served by Haitham who was alone in the store and single handedly managing 3-5 gait analysis the entire time I was there to an impeccable standard. He was super helpful, friendly and impressively knowledgeable - even despite looking after multiple customers at once on his own, all to a high standard. I walked out of there with a cost effective pair of shoes and his expertise was extremely valuable in the selection process.

   I went in to return running shoes that were too small that I had purchased online. The staff were not helpful and were not understanding of my situation. They did not accept my return. Totally unacceptable in these uncertain times - I would've expected better from Runners Need.
