A good soft play in terms of what is there but it is so dirty. You can see in between the sections it's inch thick with dust, dirt and sweetie wrappers. The play area itself also needs a good scrub.

Really excellent soft play but major room for improvement. The soft play itself is really large, good fun, and seems clean and well kept. The kids were entertained for ages. The baby area is really nice but the biggest criticism is that bigger kids jump and run through it constantly, making it unsafe for smaller toddlers or babies. The under 2 rule is not enforced at all by staff. I had to constantly guard and lift my child away from larger children bombing into the baby ball pit. Security is an issue. In all other soft plays we go to the gates to get in and out are secure and usually magnetically closed with a member of staff present. Here, the gate was left open by people coming in and out and sometimes just lying open when no one was manning the desk. No magnets, just a bolt. This is a huge security issue for younger children. Also the toilets are outside this gate - no toilets within the soft play. I love the actual soft play but the other issues make me reluctant to return.

Highly recommend. Brought my daughter to the zoo for her first birthday and visited the soft play while we were there. My daughter loved it. Very big with loads to get up to. Big slides and the baby area is brilliant as well. Very clean. The little cafe is good serves your normal food and it was served roasting hot. The floor however was very dirty, but to be expected when there’s loads of kids in and out. Plenty high chairs as well. Friendly staff. Also a very good price as well. I went during the week day at half past 3 and it was practically empty. Decent long sessions as well for the price.

Great place for the kids to run about, good food, coffee and tea. They do snacks without going into the soft play. You can have a kids party there too, we usually go once a week kids love it.

Great soft play area, lady in the soft play very helpful. Will definitely be back.

This is a massive soft play, so large that most of the time spent there, I couldn't even see where my children were! That does lead to some worrying moments but areas are sectioned aiming to ensure children stay within the correct age-range of activity. There's a cafe too selling various snacks and lunch bites. May be a little out of the way being part of the 5 Sisters Zoo in West Calder but I'd say it's worth the trip.

We would have really loved to visit after visiting the zoo. But we couldn’t pre book as we didn’t know how long we would be in the zoo. Typically we finished the zoo right at the end of a soft play session, so couldn’t really wait around till the next session. Shame, think you’d get more after zoo visitors if it was more open throughout the day instead of sessions. Managed to visit today as we were in the area for a time slot. The place is super clean, staff are friendly and it’s great for babies who are crawling but not walking. I still think they should just be open throughout the day rather than time slots though.

A bit expensive, Β£9.01 for a 4 year old with 2 adults for 1 and half hours. Not sure what the penny was about? But good play area for the kids who had a great time. Food limited but what the kids want, burgers, chips etc. Again not cheap. Overall a good but expensive day.
