   I had such good customer care from ProKit I am writing a review (unusual for me). I ordered kit for our team but the shorts were much too large. Prokit refunded and I ordered new ones. The communication was excellent and the process really straight forward and quick. In the shop they were also very helpful and knowledgeable and some great deals on some new boots. Great service all round.

   Have used ProKit for a couple of years now for kit for my Sunday League team and have nothing but good things to say. Great quailty, good pricing and very quick communication. Just picked up 53 new shirts for the season and everything is perfect. Looks like there was a misprint on one of the numbers however this was rectified in the order before I took delivery which show top professionalism. Highly recommend and will be using again

   I ordered a football top online and went to collect, when entering the shop I was impressed with what the shop sold, however the service I received was unprofessional and unhelpful. Who I was served by was more interested in their phone and unable to raise their head to talk to me.

   Great place for football teams to stock up. Their range of kits is good and generally cheaper than anywhere else. They stock everything you need from footballs, cones to trophies. Staff are friendly too. Their website is also pretty good; ordering online and collecting is usually very quick.

   What great customer service - I ordered an item, click or collect, then realised it was going to cost me more to drive and pick it up (with the current price of fuel) than it would of cost to have it delivered. When I explained - they said that the owner lives locally to me and offered to deliver it free of charge. It arrived next day. Move over Jeff Bezos....

   Ordered a pair of boots from their website, £14.99 for next day delivery. Firstly, the order kept saying ‘pending’ even though the money had come out my account. I couldn’t call the number to confirm as it’s an 0800 number. I emailed them twice and received no reply, which I didn’t think was great service. Midday next day, when they was supposed to come, I got a call from Pro Kit saying they “hadn’t received the paper work for the order” which I did not believe. But he had them and would send them for Saturday delivery, which in fairness he did. However; to order a pair of boots, pay 15 quid for next day and not receive them next day whilst being unable to chase them up was a bit frustrating. If it wasn’t for the guy who phoned me up I would’ve been in the dark.
