Thank you Matthew for a brilliant dining experience. The menu was secret but delicious. The whole experience was a pleasure. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. The menu was created with passion and thought. Each course was a treat. If you want a culinary treat then this is definitely worth visiting. If you do say hello to Matthew through the service hatch, he can be seen cooking from the restaurant. He is a highly skilled chef who works with a big smile on his face.

Absolutely fantastic fine dining restaurant, all of the food is well thought out. This was the second time visiting and wasn't disappointed, having a wife who's picky what she eats, not knowing the menu suits us both as we've never been disappointed. The decor and atmosphere is really nice, all of the staff are great and the wine pairings are really thoughtful and makes such a difference to the meal. I can't recommend this restaurant enough, a must go to if visiting for a weekend.

Second visit and a second delightful evening. Interesting menu and entirely different from our last visit. I tried the non-alcoholic flight this time and it didn't leave me feeling like I'd missed out, just like they promise. Interesting and well paired with the dishes.

When we heard that our favourite restaurant was going to be offering a monthly surprise menu brunch, we leapt at the chance to try it out - and were definitely not disappointed. Presented with a glass of champagne on arrival, we then spent a leisurely 2 hours enjoying a number of sweet and savoury courses – brunch classics with the Wilder signature twist (who knew Bloody Mary sorbet would be so delicious?!) Would definitely recommend the Wilder brunch to anyone wanting to kick off the weekend with a culinary treat.

This review reflects my experience of last summer. Excellent service, excellent wine pairing, good atmosphere although a bit cramped. Unfortunately the food let us down this time. In this 3 rosettes establishment, albeit well presented, the dishes were lacking in flavour, seasoning and creativity. For a hefty price tag of almost £200 per person, I was expecting an excellent dinning experience. Luckily there was plenty of good beverages !

The most wonderful experience and amazing meal. Each dish was explained by the chef and had so much love and thought behind it, it really came out in the dishes. The drink pairings were well thought through to match each dish perfectly - just the perfect evening! Thank you again

What a pleasant evening it was! Delicious food. We had the non-alcoholic and wine pairing. Both were great! Very much enjoyed the service, too.

Amazing experience, paired with a fantastic hosts and sublime food. The 8 course taster menu with the wine flight was something we had looked forward to, and were so glad to have experienced. The courses were delivered and explained by the chef, with a pairing of wine introduced by the host. Definitely a special place to visit.
