I have ordered the food here so many times. Always nice and fresh. Foods here are very tasty and portions are big and worth for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Boba tea is another one that can’t be skipped it is goes well either with their food or on it own. It is always refreshing.

Great brand, but very poor experience at this branch. Staff were unhelpful and made the visit unpleasant. Food was average. Definitely needs improvement. I had really high hopes for this place because I’ve enjoyed Kokoro at other locations. However, the service at this branch was very disappointing. The staff were not welcoming or helpful, and the overall experience felt quite uncomfortable. The food was average, and the atmosphere didn’t feel inviting. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously because the brand can definitely do better.
Before finding this place I struggled to get good boba in Gloucester. It's so good and my go to place . They are incredibly friendly and give suggestions when you don't know what to try . They also have a massive range of flavours and is relatively cheap . Their food always smells heavenly and I'm always tempted to buy it even tho I'm usually too broke to . # baddie on a budget

Really good food. Fraindly staff. Miles better and more affordable than Wagamama. Sushi tasted fresh, chicken was crispy and flavourful. Would definitely visit again.
