Excellent service from start to finish ordered two bags of black ice garden stones at cumbernauld branch very helpful and polite delivered on Tuesday morning said Tuesday or Wednesday first class driver would definitely use again
Beatsons staff were helpful and their prices reasonable however we had quite a bad experience with a delivery driver who refused to deliver along a garden lane despite us informing the company beforehand (another Glasgow company has since taken up the order and delivered it without a problem). My wife was on her own when the driver from Beatsons arrived and he was really very unpleasant. He made his displeasure at the challenge of the job very clear and made my wife quite uncomfortable. Very unlikely to return here in the future.
Great company very reasonable very helpful. Elaine on reception was really helpful and so nice this morning when I phoned to ask if I could possibly get order today she went out of her way to ensure this happened so thank you
Still waiting on part of order since January. Contacted multiple times and ignored. Gave two stars because to be honest otherwise never had problems before.
Not recommended, poor quality products. Replaced our front path under two years ago and half of the slabs have started crumbling away while half are still perfect. Obviously a fault with the quality of some of the slabs. Apparently nothing can be done. That's great. Complete waste of time, effort and money. Wouldn't spend another penny with this firm. Expected the path to last a bit longer than around 18 months. It's fine though, got lots of money spare lying about to get the whole path redone. Poor.
Massive change of yard staff who basically stand about scratching there a**e is letting the place down 45 min to an hour to get served at times that's a joke
