   Bill's customer service skills and attitude are terrible. Had to wait several minutes on a manager to come to put a code in to be served as a guest as they demand your personal detials to make a simple purchase. Made me feel like a complete outcast for wanting to buy a pair of gloves without giving them my personal information. And to top if the manager comes a couple of minutes later and says oh your hiding in the corner. What a great way to treat customers. People are entitled to privacy in this country and to be treated like this in a busy shop was appalling. Toolstation is around the corner with better prices and nicer staff. Won't be back again. People's data is worth alot of money and they hate when you want to make an anonymous purchase, they way they respond is shocking. Bill looked and sounded infuriated at my request to be served as a guest. Who would actually trust giving someone who acts and behaves like this there full name and address. What a joke not happy at all.

   So I'm not a tradesperson. I am not 100% sure what each spec means on items. I was looking for some wingnut bolts for my scuba diving gear and asked him just to grab me the whole lot since the part numbers for each size was simply M6, M8, etc. The guy was so annoyed the whole time and it felt like I was inconveniencing him the whole time. When asked if I'd like to set up an account I said no and this was also met with sighs. Honestly poor service from Ewan (The staff person who begrudgingly helped me). All of this in front of his duty manager who didn't seem bothered at all by his attitude. I'm generally an easy going person but his attitude just really rubbed me up wrong. I can understand people getting annoyed with someone dithering around but I knew what I needed just not the size and asked for all the sizes available. Not a hard or big request. Would be one star but the location and parking space as well as the reasonable price for the items bumped it up one.

   I did not like the attitude of the person who assisted us, I had a very bad customer experience and I am usually a very patient person. I could understand he was annoyed because we were not sure what to buy and language barriers made it even more difficult. However, people on this jobs should know how to treat people, and this young man does not have that skill... However, the store was okay, plenty of options. If I ever go back, I would never look for this man to help me.
