   Seller took excessive amount from my refund money so was left out of pocket by nearly £15 for a £50 item. Look at the other reviews there is obviously an issue with this seller, you would do better using one of the more reputable tool shops rather than this bunch, unless you like throwing money away.

   It is with utmost regret that I must advise against engaging in any form of commercial transaction with this company. Based on my recent experience, such engagement is highly likely to result in a wholly unnecessary expenditure of both time and financial resources. The parcel in question was delivered six days later than the scheduled date, which in itself represents a significant failure to meet even the most basic standards of service. Far more serious, however, was the conduct of the individual responsible for the delivery. During the process, EVRI driver deliberately attempted to steal my door pad. This incident raises significant concerns regarding the company’s internal oversight mechanisms, as well as its apparent disregard for the safety and trust of its customers. In light of these circumstances, I feel compelled to issue a strong warning to any prospective clients: I would strongly urge you to consider alternative service providers with a demonstrable record of reliability and accountability.

   Fraudulent seller... Steer clear! Purchased a sander from them online. The sander arrived wrapped in just a bin liner. I opened the box and noticed it had already been used. I promptly returned the sander as it was not in the brand new condition as advertised. The refund was sent minus £40 for "handling fees". When I questioned this and stated it goes against Consumer Law they became very obstructive and dismissive. Please do not do business with this seller if you value customer service or any sort of warranty.

   I can only speak from my own experience with CMT based in Glasgow, I ordered a Dremel 8020 cordless multi tool platinum edition at 2:10 pm friday afternoon and it arrived at 12:48 pm the next day and i live near the south coast , Wow what a fantastic service i did not expect my order to arrive the next day as i had recieved an email stating it would arrive on Monday if i had one gripe it would be the packing maybe a box would have been better than a plastic bag but it did arrive in perfect condition so no real problem , thank you CMT i can now get on with my projects
