   Most of the time it's well stocked, fruit and veg can be a bit empty at times especially later in the day. Staff are always polite and helpful. Not always the cheapest but good prices and deals for the quality you get.

   Tesco Extra Coatbridge. Very poor for a mother's day visit @2pm No Trolleys, Congested with cages, Out of Date Fresh Food, Frozen Food items unavailable, many items with no labels to identify price, cardboar d everywhere, and a phone shop shut. Not the best. Went to ASDA across the road

   Poor customer service at the self checkout. This older lady called Wilma is always so abrupt and unhelpful. On this occasion, I had a voucher for a free bathroom febreeze and the code wouldn’t scan. She told me to go to customer service as she couldn’t do anything. Customer service was closed as it was round about 9pm and my coupon today was my last day I could have used it. Therefore, it didn’t make any sense what this lady was saying. Then there’s this young employee who came over and solved my issue straightaway, so thank you. Moreover, this lady Wilma was really patronising in the way she was speaking to me. My husband had the same experience with this person numerous times. I think if she doesn’t like what she’s doing then she should retire, and leave the place for fresh young people who really want to work and do their job properly.

   Big clean tidy well stocked store only thing I didn't like was the clothing department the layout felt like no thought had been put into it it was really untidy and sizes on hangers were all wrong

   Popped in for breakfast before an appointment. I've never been here before and was lleasntly surprised how peaceful the cafe is. Very clean, staff were pleasant. And the food was very reasonable and tasty.

   I know this isn’t the staffs fault but the shop is a complete and utter MESS. There’s far too many self check out tills, put the ones back with people on them! It’s doing them out of a job and why on EARTH did they decide that changing it around would be a good idea?! I went in today and I was up and down the shop like a yo-yo. Is this some sort of new scheme to get people to exercise more? I probably burned about 800 calories just walking around trying to find stuff!!! I will not be shopping here again as it’s too stressful. It’s been completely ruined and I feel bad for the staff who are equally as confused and have to work there. The music is also FAR too loud, it gave me a headache. Someone I know doesn’t want to shop here anymore either for the music because they have autism and find it hard to go in when the music is so loud. They get stressed and it’s so inconsiderate. Go to a different shop, this one doesn’t deserve your time.

   Nice shop but the strawberries are always moldy before their expiry date and its often multiple packs at a time as if the fruit and veg team don't check them regularly.
