Disappointing,staff point you to the direction of alcohol, six staff watch several customers put bottles in their baskets and then when you get to check our you are two hours too early to buy, I know their check outs are painfully slow but not that slow. I do appreciate I should have known this but staff should have mentioned it.
In cafe for meal I noticed another customer that looked unwell, I was about to bring this to the attention of a member of staff. But a staff member had noticed, she accessed the the situation, got a first aider, got information that was relevent and acted professionally. From a long time first aider first class.
i was in at 6pm today (25th october) i never got his name but i had most lovely colleague help me out. put such a smile on my face and so efficient! was a bald ish guy with a headset at basket self service. what. a. guy!!
Visited on a weekday: +A clean functional store with helpful staff. +Better prices than Sainsbury's -Lots of piercing lights and displays throughout the store. -Quite noisy. -No country of origin on some of the produce. Ergo; no sale (I won't risk buying unethical goods).
It has a fantastic range of products. The entrance is separate from the main shopping centre and has an easy way to enter for wheelchair access. Loads of parking too for disabled drivers and has a petrol garage situated near the car park at a reasonable price. It is open 24 hours for convenience.
Great Tesco. It's massive and has a decathlon shop in store with lots of sports clothes and equipment for sale. There is a huge clothes section with mens, women and children sections, lots of toys and homewear products. The only issue is the parking is only allowed for 2 hours and you can easily spend 4 hours in this store depending on what you're in for. There is an optician, phone store and more too.
The five stars are for the cafe staff. They’re all working their socks off today. Obviously understaffed, but still smiling and communicating well with customers. They are an absolute credit to your company.
Great supermarket for buying everything you need from groceries, home and fashion. A great layout, clean and bright. Staff are the friendliest and most helpful. Has a good cafe, always love their vegan breakfast. Used the in-store photo lab recently for a passport photo, and the man was very nice and helpful.
