Hi, You should update your closing times i was at your shop tonight at 9.50pm and the door was closed and your colleague told me she was shut because she had to count up the till and wouldn't let me in. So if you could please update asap as it's a bit misleading to the public.
Unfortunately customer service pales in comparison to those who had the shop yesteryear.
