One smiley, cheery lady on her own with 9 customes served & 7 waiting yet she still managed calmly & effortlessly to keep the tables clean & cleared & the fridge stocked. A large cup of organic tea & a packet of posh crisps for the price of a coffee in most other places. This isn't a fancy cafe & this lady at the till wasn't young but nearly all the cafes in Stirling, especially the ones with younger staff, could learn a lot from her attitude to customer service. The tone is set for the whole place with the first hello. 5* for that.

My goto for a quick takeaway coffee while waiting at the station. Always had lovely service. Holly, especially, is a credit to the place and a real nice lassie every time ive been in.

I had about 45 mins before my train so I thought I would try this cafe. The Coffee House is part of Stirling Railway Station. On arrival the cafe was busy. I found a table and had a read of my book and a bit of people watching. The cafe emptied and filled regularly as trains came and went. My train was due at 4.10 and as I left the cafe was nearly empty waiting for the next arrival.

The prices are high, but the staff are always really nice, the drinks are tasty, and the chairs are comfy.

Charged me for a large cup of tea, but gave me a small one. I couldn't complain as I was catching a train. Only noticed on the other platform, when I saw a woman drinking out of a large cup. I had wondered if they thought that this was a large tea, I would hate to see a small one. £2.20

Very friendly and efficient. Food and coffee nice. Clean. Excellent place for breakfast while waiting for my train.

Avoid! Ordered a bacon roll and peppermint tea to take away. Bacon roll was soggy on top, the bottom had a crunch matched only by monster munch. The bacon itself was cremated and tasteless. The peppermint tea turned out to be green tea - as this probably wasn't decaffeinated it's undrinkable. Tables were in dire need of a wipe down. Thoroughly unimpressed, will not be back and would advise anyone to avoid!

Nice enough location to sit as you wait on your train. Coffee is not the best but it's what you get from a push button coffee machine. I would like to see some better food alternatives to the sugary snacks littering the till area. But if all you want is a quick coffee then it's ok.
