horrific studying experience. sat near the ordering station. trying to study for my dissertation, and had forgot my headphones. Staff overheard saying βthis is the most unprofessional job iβve ever been inβ, me and my friend had finished our lunch and our plates didnβt get picked up for half an hour! eventually they were in our way so we took them up ourselfs and didnβt even get a thankyou just continued with their (interesting) conversation. unprofessional to be loudly shouting about ur personal life in a student cafe. Do not need to hear it, whisper!

Great coffee, fair prices and quality service with food and drink delivered to your table. A business that is welcoming and free from corporate sameness.

Sophie the barista really goes above and beyond in work, really made my day! Whenever she makes iced lattes they always turn out just right. Also, Laura is great company. Since I absolutely love the viennese biscuits and the staff, the Burgh will be seeing a lot of me until you guys quit.

Our first coffee over from Australia. Both the flat white and cortado were delicious. And they even served us early while setting up. Would certainly come back again.

Definitely my favourite coffee shop in Stirling. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are delicious and it is just a perfect space to study or just hang out. A great experience every single time I go!

Great coffee, great toasted ciabattas, friendly staff. The only thing I wasnβt keen on was that our food arrived on wooden boards. I prefer a plate, as theyβre easier to clean. I always wonder how they can be sure the wood is completely clean.

A cosy and friendly coffee place to have a drink, a chat, or read a book. I had a latte and it tasted rather mild. The bakery items are average compared to many other small cafes around the area - typical fares one find at Starbucks than in a local Scottish cafe, and my fruit slice is too sweet.
