Shop is 100x better since under new management, old management opened and shut whenever it suit them and we're just rude
Customer service is appalling. Heads stuck in phones. There are no Covid safety measures in place, not even hand gel. Nobody wears a mask and the shop needs a good clean. Don’t think shelves have ever been wiped down. Absolutely filthy. Update since new owners recently took over. This shop is now spotlessly clean. You can see the investment in shelving, fridges etc. Customer service is excellent.

Without doubt the worst shop for customer service i have ever experienced. The staff are extremely rude, and most of the time on the phone and don't even acknowledge your there. Small Tesco opposite is a far better option.
