They don't open at 7am, they open at whatever time their supply truck drops off stock. Don't go before 9.30 that's when they ACTUALLY open. Bloody ridiculous just put your opening times later if stock delivery is such a big hindrance, never ever would have got away with this when I worked in retail.
I will never step foot n here reasons just witness a robbery with to staff members done sod all as I nearly got knocked over. Absolutely pathetic. This needs shutting down
This has to be one of the worst run Tesco's n town. Shelves empty, cannot buy a full shop.have to ask for someone to man a till, if u wanna pay with cash. Two self service tills, and if Ur buyin alcohol again u have to wait. I hate this shop, and only use it as a last resort. Hope they shut this place down. So someone who cares about the customer experience can buy it
Rude customer service, even when showed digital proof for buying lemsip. Still didn't give the product. Sales assistant lady is asking for original passport..Who roam around carrying original passport?
Staff doesn't wear face masks and let people without facemasks in the store. You should be changed for endangering the lives of your customers. We're not even allowed to visit family members in their house at a distance, then why doesn't anyone do anything against a crowded store without facemasks and distancing?!
The shop assistant, called AGNES was shockingly rude this morning with me and all of the customers. Do not go here any more. She educated me about handling the self counter and was extreme rude without reason. It was a really bad experience.
