    I visited techno gym and it was honestly one of the best workout classes that I’ve had! The energy of the trainers and the vibe made it a truly memorable workout for me which definitely made me go again! The trainers are exceptionally motivating and the workouts are designed according to our fitness levels, thus making it personalised! I Would highly recommend trying out the techno gym!!

    I had a brilliant (and exhausting!) 30 minute HiiT session with Andrea last week, who is the client adviser / PT / Physio for Technogym UK Ltd at the Selfridges department in London. It was a great all over workout and we used much of the Technogym equipment. I would highly recommend this session to anyone who is interested in receiving a 1 to 1 session, and who would also like to learn more about how best to use the Technogym equipment.
