   Today I was served by Maralyn who is alway polite and helpful. I find she goes above and beyond with all customers. She’s always busy stacking shelves mopping the floor and apologises for your wait ( although they’ve been no wait as she’s on the ball ) I feel she would be a great asset to any company. If there is an incentive she should get this & have 100% recognition from her employer. The store & new owners do an amazing job and the shop is always well stocked. It’s great to see Aulds in this store also !

   Been using this shop for decades. It is consistent with good stock, prices and overall customer service! Particular shout out to Jackie. Always friendly and willing to help no matter how busy the shop may be with other customers (and it can get busy) Not surprising when it has maintained its high quality service throughout the years. Under new management now and values still remains just as exceptional as it has always been. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Steven

   Good little store, the old boy that is normally behind the counter is a gentleman. They do some pretty good deals sometimes like absolutely massive sized boxes of soap powder (known household brands like Persil, etc) for £9.99, etc. The only thing I would complain about is the parking outside the store is ridiculous. Especially considering that if you check with the deed plan registered with the Registrars of Scotland (ros.gov.uk) the land which the shop claims to be theirs actually belongs to South Lanarkshire Council and is a public walkway (not a car park like the shop claims).
