In response to Barry - Margaret was always on the booking. She was trying to relieve the cognitive load of me dealing with this at an incredibly stressful time. Of course I asked for a refund - AirBnB support said they couldn’t reach you to get one. There was nothing “created”. You just made a difficult process 100x worse. If it’s all so easy why can’t you refund it now, then? Beyond frustrating! —— Reserved a flat in Edinburgh via AirBnB and then had to cancel my entire trip due to an emergency family crisis. Evergreen couldn’t be reached and were incredibly unhelpful in dealing with AirBnB support in trying to obtain a refund. The cancellation policy had been missed by 2 hrs, over a month in advance of the trip. Lost nearly $900. Lesson learned. No Evergreen managed properties (or AirBnB for that matter) in the future. Be very very aware of the time difference in any cancellation policy.

I booked our vacation rentals through Evergreen Property Ltd. They were always reachable when I had questions, very responsive, friendly and helpful. The welcome booklets with instructions and suggestions were professionally done and super useful. The 2 flats were ideally situated in quiet streets within walking distance from the historical city center of Edinburgh. The two flats were nicely decorated, furnished and very clean. The only thing I would like to suggest is the general maintenance (repainting, repairs) of some features and amenities, especially in the first flat we rented, but again my experience with the team was great and I would use their services again.
I have recently used Evergreen property limited to find a tenant for my flat. I must say that it was such seamless experience. Andrew and team are very knowledgable & professional. Andrew was very quick and was responding to my queries late evenings. He arranged appointments for all legal certificates to get done, advertised property, arranged viewings.
