   I used DRM to rent out and manage my property for over a decade. They marketed my property quickly and efficiently, securing excellent tenants (which had been appropriately vetted) and minimising vacant periods. They managed all communications with my tenants, ensuring that any repairs or issues were dealt with appropriately. I found the advice they offered on landlord responsibilities very helpful, and I always felt they looked after my tenants very well whilst managing my property. Fees were always reasonable and monthly accounting statements made annual tax reporting very easy. I can confidently recommend DRM to property owners and tenants alike.

Even during our moving process, they accommodated our schedule for viewings so we could feel safe being at home while they took place.    I’d never recommended DRM to a resident. I can not describe my disappointment. I couldn’t use my bedroom for three months due to a massive leak and didn’t get any understanding, support, or money back for the period. They started fixing the room when I send my notice over(nearly 3 months later). They told me that it was up to me if I want to use the room (where water was still dripping and the ceiling was about to fall). When the leak was fixed, a few weeks before I was to leave the property I want it to store some things for the moving out n the bedroom but they told me that the room has to be empty for the builders. As much as I liked the property, I had no choice but to leave.

   As I first time landlord, I decided to trust DRM Residential. They were local, offering an introductory rate and from all I could then learn from internet research, they were respected. I'm risk adverse, and frankly, as an inexperienced (temporary) landlord had everything to learn. And, what I can honestly say, is the DRM have been a DREAM. Always, the staff of DRM were attentive, professional and very helpful. I spent a full year in their care and I never once worried about my flat. Even at the end of the tenants agreement, there was not a thing left to chance and when I returned to my flat/home, it was walk-in ready for me. Nothing in life is stress-free but my experience in the care of DRM was a close to care-free as it gets. My primary contacts were Adam and Joshua. I very highly commend them for their prompt, professional and friendly service. Thank you so very much!

   DRM were recommended to me five years ago by two landlord clients. Daniel and the team impressed me with their professionalism. Pete has been a brilliant contact and deals with issues promptly and courteously. Systems are in place for billing, payment, inspection, tenants etc. and these are adhered to. The three groups of tenants over the years have all been ideal. I would not hesitate to recommend DRM and am continually grateful to the two friends who recommended them.
