   I would rate this as zero stars if I could. I placed an order with them via Snappy Shopper and an incorrect item was delivered - same type of product (beer) but cheaper and smaller than what I'd paid for. When I contacted them to try get what I had paid for I was told that they'd send a replacement out - and they then promptly blocked my number and blocked me on social media. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. Previously I had ordered HEETS (cigarettes) which were never delivered, the store owner claimed when I chased it up that her toddler daughter was playing with the order as it was being packed and the child had taken them out of the bag. I finally got what I had ordered that time, and wasn't blocked (amazingly) but the fact that the owner allows a CHILD and a toddler at that to handle customers orders is unacceptable. Avoid this store like the plague. They'll lie to you, steal from you, and when you try get what you paid for they'll block you and bar you from the store - for daring to expect that you get what you paid for.

   Placed an order of over £30 for essentials on snappy shopper and was told 3hrs later they can't deliver it, so after paying 30 quid I'm now getting refunded 30 in 5 days and I've no money to get the essentials I needed

   Twice now I have used this shop through snappy shopper, 1st time order was an hour late, this time it was 4 hours late. Ordered things that were to be used for lunch as I’m unable to leave the house due to illness, shocking service! Won’t be using a 3rd time

   Absolutely ridiculous! Placed an order 4 hours ago on snappy shopper and I’ve still not received it and you won’t answer the phone. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT ROBBED

   Disgusting place , they are thieves. Ordered a delivery through snappy shopper with them , they never delivered and blocked me on social media when I tried to contact them for an update. Also won’t answer phone to myself or snappy shopper. Avoid this place and the thieves that run it at all costs.

   Second time I've been to shop and when I look at receipt I have been overcharged. When I question charges was told the prices charged are correct. One for example a pasta sauce the price on the shelf was £1.25 charged £2.35

   Following leaflet through letterbox yesterday afternoon, I placed an order for a box of general mixed food to be delivered next day. To my delight order delivered last night AND quality of vegetables was top class. Superior to supermarket. Leeks too big for fridge. A good range of produce. Some could be identified as Ayrshire so very fresh. A great service in these difficult times.
