Purchased my new vape today. The service I received was next to non. Kate was such a lovely woman and a great help. Got me the vape that was right for me and took the time to explain everything and set it to the correct settings. 5 star service!
Visited the shop for the first time today and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I was getting stuff for my partner and was a bit confused about the instructions he left me but Kate and Wayne helped me find exactly what I was looking for :)

Use this store regularly. Noticed new girl started in last few months, Kate, she's so friendly and cheery. It makes a refreshing change. She's also extremely knowledgeable about what she's selling you and nothing is a problem to her. She's an asset to you as an employer.
Bought a new vape and the pod didn't work. That's fine as that's no one's fault. So I took it back and they simply didn't want to replace the pod, despite admitting they sold a faulty product. They hummed and hawed and looked awkwardly at each other. They ended up upelling me a pack of 4 pods. I'll never use them again because of a simple lack of good customer service. You got your £7 upsell, but you lost all future business from me and from everyone I tell to avoid. Naive business practices.
Staff are always very helpful and friendly when picking up my click and collects. Caitlin was a great help and offered to set up my new kit for me and was ready to use when I left the shop.

Thank tou VERY MUCH guys. About 3-4 months ago I visited this store, guys tell me and help me with my first e-cigarette ( Innokin Limax). Few weeks I going from 18mg to 0mg nicotine and after few weeks I finish smoking completely. Now is 2months and I no smoking. Thanks very much
