I was having troubles with my Sonder vape and I came to this store for some assistance. The lovely young woman, Anna, gave me some pretty good advice. She got me stocked up on my pods and told me what I might need to do if I run into that problem again. She was very friendly and talkative, after having solved my problem she even started recommending me new flavours to try which I loved. Will definitely come to this vape store again.
Staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly. James in particular is an absolute credit to the store and has great product knowledge always provides fantastic customer service with a smile and a welcoming personality. Always more than happy to help and answer any questions a customer may have.

I smashed the glass on my tank today and popped into the Anniesland branch and was greeted by Owen who was amazing, he not only got me sorted right away with new glass but he went over and above by washing all the glass away and making sure that my vape was safe for me to use. He was very friendly, helpful and informative too. Thank you Owen, you're a star.
Always been lovely staff and helpfull until something g goes wrong my vape stop charge takes it back to be told its the charging port that's goosed his words says there is an issue with them but I can't get a new one or refund as the manufacturer will say its a user error so how is that my fault all of a sudden says he didn't say that ..won't be back dreadfully refund policy
Very knowledgeable team in the Anniesland brand and gave me brilliant advice today and great sales techniques and switched from disposable vape to the mvp rechargeable vape and very happy with the switch and a very good deal on the vape. I'm planning on getting a new flavour next time I'm in
Been using this shop for years. Guys are top drawer, really helpful and friendly. I've moved miles away but still drive the distance. This is the only vape shop for me. Highly recommended them.
