   There for a long w/e 28/11 to 01/12/2025 with my wife/partner. Entertainment all W/E fabulous. Special mention to DJ Chris who kept the evening going.Discovered the Argyle Stones & Inchinnan Bridge history due to barman Callum (thanks). All the Staff were polite & helpful. I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. We are both pensioners and travelled from Dundee straight to the hotel for £1 come on people its rates to stay are very reasonable. Transport to Glasgow City Centre right outside the hotel. We'll be back.

   Friendly staff, good deal for the car park while travelling abroad, but the hotel rooms are bad, really bad, had a shower in the morning realising that none of the plugs are working, so no hair dryer, phone charging... TV was (guessing )17-20 inch big. Bathroom mirror in the room?

   Had our wedding here and service was fantastic. Linzi in particular went above and beyond and really made it special. Callum, Chris, Emma, Mason and Sophie looked after us really well too

   Overnight stay recently for a Tribute Party Night. Great entertainment. Food on the whole was good but main course was overly salted. We were in one of the refurbished rooms, which was lovely and clean and had good facilities, although it appeared to be part of an interconnected room set up which meant the deafening was non-existent. However, the price is excellent, so I would still recommend it and would stay again.

   Too much green on the salad & wasn't informed of peppers, so didn't eat an meal. Pudding was good. Disco man very good - knew how to entertain & get everyone of out of the seats (inmy own opinion this was the best part of the night)

   The hotel has seen better days, the bedroom was clean one of the beds had a double duvet cover on a single duvet, the bedside table lamp didn't work. The food was very good and the staff were great but I don't think we will be back.

   We booked as we were at the party night for abba. It's was such a good night, highly recommended. I don't live far from hotel but booked a room anyway. I'm glad a did, best night sleep I've had in a while. Clean and nice inside. Sad as outside kinda puts u off. Must mention the DJ on the night was fab, knows how to get the crowd ready for a good party ( I preferred him to the act if I'm honest)

   It was our second time staying here before flying out on holiday. The reason we booked again was because of the great value for money it offered (room, car parking and transfer to airport). Having booked the same package this time, we were a little confused to be told, rather rudely, that we needed to book and pay for our own taxi! We told reception that we were sure the transfer was included as it was last time. They asked when we had last stayed and we said 2019, they said 'oh well, things have changed since then'. We headed to the room with the number for the taxi. My husband then checked our booking confirmation, which clearly stated transfer was included. He went back to reception and the person seemed surprised that that was the case. Very odd! They didn't appear to be new, so why tell us lies? How many other people have they given that information to that have then been out of pocket for a taxi? They also asked if we were dining at the hotel, I asked if we had to book, to which they replied 'that's what I'm asking'. Well, no, you didn't ask if we'd booked, you asked if we were dining there. They were rude, a bit smug and condescending. We would have scored 'service' 3 stars if not for the service in the restaurant, which was 5 star. We will likely stay again, as it's still good value but I think reception staff could do with some customer service training.
