   Little hard to find out the building entrance, it's next to Cafe Nero on Hope Street. Quite helpful staff. They were so accommodative, patient and responsive. In my case, an executive named Sonali has helped me through out the process and completed the application smoothly. I would suggest just be on time!

   The service is disgusting. I applied for my PCC form and I visited the office 5 times and every time she told me to print one new document. I don't know how that office is working. So disappointed.

   What a disgusting bunch of community. The office apparently is closed for the last 5 days. There is no notice whatsoever when you enter the building. I can’t believe I have had to press 1 star for this business which thy don’t even deserve. There were old people walking in during covid times as they were called in. But the office folks have decided to close with no consideration for updating the changed status of their opening times on online platforms. And the phone number given here is switched off. At least keep that online to give information.

   Its bit hard to find the right entrance, I went through the wrong entrance and ended up in the other side of the building. The right entrance is between Cafe Nero and Tesco. The customer service is really great, nice and friendly staff with good helping mentality.

   went to Glasgow office and filled the form , picture taken , paid for visa application , she said takes about 10 working days max , now its almost four weeks , no even a single communication through phone call , message , email and nothing. trying to call them , no one available , ( what's the point leaving number there?) calling Edinburgh number no one answering , there is mobile number which there is uneducated rude guy answering phone and talking completely nonsense. no explanation what so ever. I’m really shocked by the work this embassy or consulate&theirs stuff do and deal with their applicants and clients. I regret even to go india as I needed to go now but too late now, really really annoyed ,
