   I went to this salon for a cut and blow dry and I left the salon with two different hair dyes on my new top. I sent photos to the salon and let them know that there was dye and bleach on their gown and it transferred onto my clothes. Just giving them a heads up and I was shocked at the response. They denied it, no apology, and were quite rude. I wasn’t asking for any compensation. And was spoke to in a manner that insinuated I was a liar even though I provided the photos. I will not be returning.

   First time here, took advantage of trainee looking for models. Such a good experience. The girl Shannon was simply fantastic, confident, and very welcoming. The vibe of this place is spot on, you feel made welcome and the end results are fantastic. Will certainly be back as a full paying customer. These trainees are amazing so don't be afraid to get more than just a trim.

The atmosphere is really fun and friendly, the service is excellent and I and always so excited to leave with a different look. Special recommendation for Sophia, she works wonders and is always good at advising if I'm not sure what I want to do.

   Booked in to have a long curl blow out done for a work charity event. I specifically requested Vincent because have had way too many disaster hair experiences. My appointment was supposed to be at 4:30pm and I was told the appointment would be about 40 mins. My event started at 6:30pm so figured it would give me enough time to go home and get ready afterwards. I arrived at the salon and was informed Vincent had gone home due to illness. This is fine, however they could have at least called me ahead of time to let me know this so I could have made other arrangements If need be. But no phone call, nothing. On top of that, they were planning on still charging me the top level price until I mentioned that I didn't want to pay extra if I wasn't seeing Vincent. The girl that ended up doing my blow out didn't seem to know what she was doing. She kept getting my hair all tangled up in the brushes and yanking on it to get it out. I've never experienced a blow dry like this before and on top of everything it took almost an hour and a half and I was late for my event! All for a blow dry that looked like my 12 year old niece curled my hair. My hair was not big beautiful curls as requested but a frizzy mess. I will never go back to this place. I expected way more from this salon, especially given the location.
