   We chose Kuoni to organise our holiday because we wanted a more premium experience and the flexibility to plan our own itinerary without committing to a standard all-inclusive package. They handled our hotels, flights and transfers, which we expected to make the process smooth and stress-free. However, the service fell well short of what we anticipated. The travel advice provided was generic and not tailored to the specific countries or cities we were visiting. Key information about the process — such as when we would receive flight details, transfer information or a detailed itinerary — wasn’t explained clearly upfront. Instead, we repeatedly had to contact Kuoni to chase updates that we expected to be provided proactively. There were also small but important details that weren’t communicated, such as needing to pay extra to select seats together on the plane. This added an unexpected £230 to our costs. When we raised concerns after booking, the responses often placed the responsibility back on us to “do our homework,” which didn’t align with the premium service Kuoni promotes. The first hotel on our trip was also disappointing and not what we expected from a company positioning itself as a high-end travel specialist. Kuoni’s initial reaction was to ask whether we had researched the accommodation beforehand, but the hotel itself stepped in and upgraded us — a simple gesture that immediately improved our experience. Overall, we wouldn’t book with Kuoni again. It is just as easy to arrange flights and accommodation independently, without paying additional commission for a level of service that didn’t meet expectations. A really disappointing experience.

   I took time of looking to take all my family to Florida including grandparents. We want to hire a villa, large enough luxury minibus and visit Disney etc.. I chose Kuoni as they have I thought the reputation and knowledge to pull this trip off. Upon arrival in the John Lewis store at Qaurter Mile , I found the Kuoni department and the Lady there said nothing to us, I said good afternoon I'm looking for help with a trip to Florida. I was met with a disgusting response. I finish at 5pm and I'm busy. You will have to make an appointment! It was 4pm! I disengaged! Think you should employ someone who actually cares and wants to work. I then googled Best American holiday specialist and now have excellent service and are looking at a tailored holiday whilst my parents are still with us with Ocean Florida, who i may add were only to happy to help us after I explained my poor Macdonalds experience. Sorry but poor Kuoni.

   We booked our honeymoon through Catrina at the Edinburgh store. She was brilliant I couldn’t recommend more. We were given so many options and different prices ranges. Everything was sorted for us, even the online gift list was praised by our friends and family for our wedding gifts. Just want to say a huge thank you to Catrina, you’re amazing can’t wait to book another holiday, it really made it stress free! If you’re looking to book a honeymoon or holiday 10/10 service and customer care!

   Thank you to Calum and Karen at Kuoni, Edinburgh for putting together our dream holiday to Kerela in India and the Maldives. They spent many hours putting our trip together and making amendments as required. They listened carefully and delivered exactly what we wanted. Our trip was perfect. The Kuoni representation on our holiday was first class and the different accommodation to a very high standard. We couldn’t have asked for more.

   I first used Kuoni in 2021 when I had received a gift voucher and was super impressed with the service Catrina gave me when I went to Corfu. I was so impressed I have returned to Kuoni to arrange a multi centre holiday for me this year. Catrina was able to cater to my budget, wants and wishes and gave great advice on all aspects.
