The customer service in this place is terrible I bought a suite in July and found a small hole in the side of my sofa it's now November and nothing has been done. they are now ignoring the emails that I am sending them I would advise people to avoid buying from this company
Can’t thank sofa king enough for my couch in love with it said be between 6-8 weeks got 8th week as in today lol but anytime a phoned they kept me updated guys where great help seen some bad reviews made me think oh no but not one bad thing could I say bout help and my sofa as it’s lovely even delivery guys where really nice and keep you updated on delivery details thanks again

Fabulous service, I was promised speedy delivery, within 2 weeks, I received my sofa within a week. The sofa is so comfortable and the guys that delivered it were very helpful took away all the packaging and made sure I was happy with it. From the sales team to the delivery team, couldn’t do enough to ensure that I was happy.
Highly recommend Sofa King. Very professional and a vast selection of items. I phoned for an update on delivery the chap was extremely helpful and polite, as where the delivery guys. They where here exactly when they said they would be.
You can tell thier stuff is cheap and nasty, can get the same suites from ebay cheaper and faster in my opinion.
Purchased a corner sofa in November 2020. Very good service and prompt delivery! Cushion covers ripped at seams in March 2021. These were very quickly replaced. All good so far! In March this year the cushion covers have ripped again and also seat covers frayed along with one bursting at the zip. Offered cushion covers for a second time but obviously declined. Very poor workmanship for a sofa of only 15 months old. Emails have been going back and forth but for the last 6 weeks all communication has stopped. They offered a manufacturer to come out to my house and inspect. No further contact whatsoever. Very poor customer service!
Got my sofa today unfortunately they couldn't get the 3 seater through the door matter what they tried. Getting another 2 seater but very happy with the delivery. Very sturdy sofa no marks or scuffs. Very happy customer can't wait to get my other sofa
