    Fantastic customer service when in store but been treated so poorly since that experience, have a relatively small issue with one of our cushions where the stitching has come away, should be an easy fix but online complaint portal just returns stock automated replies that are not helpful, any emails I have sent are replied to with copy paste responses that are again not helpful, currently on hold on the phone line, they do not answer this either it seems. Sad at having such a positive experience ruined.

    Terrible build quality were on our 4th sofa with 2 technicians coming out for different sofas agreeing it's wrong and can't be fixed ,only for sofolagy to now turn round and offer money off , a full refund or pick something else , we can't see anything else we like so looks like we're handing it back and the kids are sitting on the floor this Christmas, it's been going on a year now total joke of a company, no customer service phone calls just long text chats being past from desk to desk , I'd avoid this company at all costs I've already tried [email protected] this address isn't found, there for I'm individually 1 star bad reviewing every sofolagy branch in the UK I think I've done the whole of Scotland so far , I will cross the border after lunch

    Do not buy from this company!! We bought a nearly Β£5,000 sofa only a year ago and it's in terrible condition despite us routinely rotating all cushions. It has severe bobbling, discoloration and dipping. We raised this as a complaint and the technician said "it's because you bought this type of fabric if you bought a different one this wouldn't have happened". Sofology are saying this is normal wear and tear and when their technician came out he didn't even look at the chaise long which was our main concern. Our previous sofa from scs lasted nearly ten years and was a fraction of the price. We've been completely lied to and missold. The store manager and sales consultant who sold us the sofa said our cuchions could be replaced and coverings changed but that isn't the case. Please avoid here at all costs. The sofas are not made to last and they will lie to you to get a sale. The sofa was also delivered with all different colour's of feet and we are encouraged to purchase the gliders for the bottom but when the sofa was delivered the delivery term informed us they can't be used on wooden flooring as the couch would slide everywhere and therefore we had spent Β£50+ on something we couldn't use. This was never refunded either.

    Sofology has been maintaining cheap quality of leather. I have bought the 3+2+1 cough an 1 and half year ago for which I spent lot of money which includes the sofa shield cover. I have been observing the fading out of colour after just 5-6 months. I have raised complaint to sofa shield and they were unhelpful after trying to fix for 4 times and they started ignoring my requests. Reached out to sofology service centre about the same, they are saying it as wear and tear which they will be not be covering it. A premium quality price product looses its color in 6 months Is extremely terrifying. I strongly don’t recommend sofology

    Impossible to get this company on the phone once they have had your money I orderdered a two seater sofa a two seater sofa bed and a footstool delivery 99 pound the two seater sofa and footstool they wanted to deliver today the other two seater sofa bed Friday? Asked what it cant be all delivered Friday only to be told part was in van woukd be delivered today sofa bed Friday so charged me 2 delivery fees 198 pound . The sofa today the feet weren't screwed on properly ans get turning if sofa moved a bit not secure The footstool feet were all chipped there was lose threads hanging down all round d it and the cushion was nearly flat at edges with a mount in the middle

    Steer well clear of Sofology, not only did our couches arrive 3 months late, they are nearly impossible to get in touch with. I only managed to get a confirmed delivery date by going into the original store and threatening to cancel my direct debit with the manager. Upon arrival of the couches they have since bobbled really badly and the electronics & arms are faulty / failing to recline (after about 6 months) Again, they are proving really difficult to contact and have promised engineers visits on three occasions (No-shows so far)

    This place is a joke with staff not capable of conducting their job! Me and my mother wandered around for 20 minutes with not one person approaching us. So called manager sat as if she’s at home on her own couch on a laptop!! Went across the road to DFS and purchased a sofa for Β£5k. Thanks sofology for absolutely nothing!

    DO NOT!!! USE THIS COMPANY Ordered a corner with 2 recliners in June, delivery was arranged for 22nd Aug, delivery did not happen, ( took day off work) it was delivered next day by the worst delivery team EVER!!, scraped all of my new paintwork, nearly knocked my door off, unpacked the suite and lo and behold one of the recliners were faulty, contacted Sofology, engineer visited informed 2 wk for new part to repair a brand new suite ( Faulty Goods Act) recieved email 26/8 informed 14 weeks for part, contacted Sofology AGAIN, spoke with Megan, apology offered and reading from training sheet!! Requested to speak with manager, Informed cannot, but will email to contact us, ( i wont hold my breath for that one) we are horrified at how we have been treated by this shambles of a company, if I could have given Zero stars I would have.

    Just had our sofa delivered and we are in love. When we ordered we were told it would be up to 10 weeks but got a call a few days ago saying it was ready early so we scheduled delivery today. We got a delivery window yesterday and this morning the delivery team called to let us know they were close by. The delivery team were lovely, were careful of our hole as they brought the sofa in, chatted away to us as they built it then left with all packaging with them so we had a tidy room with our lovely new sofa. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa.
