   Many very sad experiences but the last time was worst than ever: I had to wait 7 working days to have a medicine for the reason of missing chemists for holiday or Bank Holiday of the king Coronation!!!!! I waited a lot in front of the Farmacy to be accepted inside and I did not received even apologise! Customer Service absolutely shoking, rude, unprofessional. Do you a favor: choose other serious Farmacy for yours prescriptions!!

   This pharmacy is a death risk, They will never bother checking or medication that your ordered, i ordered insulin 10 days ago and they say they ran out today. Only to be told to come back at 4pm. I called the hospital for a emergency batch as i did not trust them to give it at 4pm, i already ran out and gave them plenty of notice, then at 430 they say they have insulin suddenly?! And the date it was made up for a week ago?! Avoid them, they dont care for your health, they have a sign saying antibiotics only for certain days, when you go, they say they ran out too! This pharmacy is run by cartoon lunatics! Go somewhere else, this should be shut down cause they dont know how to run or do their job and hide under the pretense of low staff...

   Rudest staff ever. Wasted a whole day trying to get a presciption filled took time off work only to be told they have no stock. Days leave wasted and when i said this was not right the woman threq my presciption back at me. Disgusting.

   This is the worst pharmacy ever, lived here for 28 years and is really needing closed down. So unprofessional in every aspect, never take the blame for anything always the Doctors surgery at fault. Been trying to call for past 2 hours, when eventually answered the receiver is lifted and put straight down again.I needvto

   I really don't understand why this place has a number to call. I have lived in Gilmerton for almost 2 years now and have tried to call this pharmacy 48 times since and NOT ONCE has it EVER been answered! I've rang and rang for the line to then go busy?! What sort of way is this to run a business?

   Absolutely useless. 11 days to get a prescription because of "upgrading systems" and they don't answer the phones (across multiple days and times) so you have to physically go there and waste your time to be told that. If you use the gp down the road and they offer to send your prescription don't bother and go literally anywhere else

   Closed with no info about opening times as you see on the picture. Online info says it should be open for another 45 minutes till 1300. If you need to pick up your prescription ordered 7 days before you need to come twice anyway as is never ready. I was disappointed on service many times but today it was to much it's about my health and you should be able to trust your local pharmacy.

   I found the level of customer service provided to be professional, efficient and focused on the needs of customers. As a disabled driver the staff are willing to allow me to phone from my car and wait in my car for them to hand deliver the items on repeat prescription, with the usual security checks, name, address and items ordered. On occasions where items are required almost immediately the staff and pharmacist have been willing to assist as best they can to ensure medication is provided, going beyond reasonable expectations to help.
