   The staff was very kind and helpful and quickly got me what I needed. Small selection but they were helpful. Not sure if this is still Boots though, the place had a different name when I visited.

   Last week, the lady from the till take my prescription and she say it took them a week to process my prescription and just been there today to pick up my medicine , they just said 'we don't have your prescription”. Unbelievable!!!

   Great staff, who go out of their way to help. Yes, you get the odd dour member of staff but we don’t know what’s going on in their personal lives. Been picking up prescriptions from this pharmacy for years and overall, the staff have been extremely helpful and caring.

   I go weekly for my meds and have done for 5 years. They have always been the sweetest people and so eager to help. The pharmacy is closing this weekend and being replaced by another company, with different staff, so I am nervous!

   When they don't have your perscription in stock they just don't tell you, ask the doctor or find a solution.... it took them a week to process my prescription and when I picked it up the most important part they just said 'we don't have it'. I am in agony and they can't muster any empathy. This is not the first time.

   Very poor service. Staff not bothered to work. Handed in prescription on Friday. Asked to collect Saturday It's Tuesday today. Still not ready .. Don't waste time to go to this boots branch

   Never open. Despite going while the pharmacy is supposed to be open I found the door locked and no staff inside multiple times. Complete waste of time

   Rapidly gone downhill. Constant lack of a Pharmacist. You receive a text medication is ready, turn up and the place is closed, with no sign to say why. Second time this has happened. Folk work and can`t always do a weekday. Useless!!

   First experience wasn’t the best, staff weren’t eager to help me what so ever until someone finally did and gave me something they told me nothing about.. which was fine, I had to Google it myself. Second experience, had the same staff member and they were quite pleasant and helpful. I can’t fault people for having a meh day or what not but they at least turned it around the next time. Good location for the area

   After many times waiting upto 9 days on my Aunts previous pharmacy ordering direct from the Drs! And many times she would be left in pain for many days with no meds in a covid lockdown environment, (many times I would have to call and go in my car to get the meds, or chase the surgery to ask why the pharmacy did not have the script, one would blame the other), I decided to move my aunt to boots meadowbank, I must say this shop has its system well intact, at first it took a bit of sorting out as some meds were 3mthly, some weekly, since June 20, meds have been delivered to the door on a Wednesday afternoon punctual and all is correct, just today I had to call boots as my aunt had caterac surgery last week and we needed further eye drops, we tried calling the Drs surgery for 2 days now and they are not answering, I called Louis at boots meadowbank and with no problem at all he put the request to the surgery for eye drops, I cannot thank him and his staff enough, thank you Boots for having such great staff and a great system to help the elderly, it is very much appreciated.
