   Had their doors closed and locked at 17:26. Only needed a bottle of calpol for my child which I said to the lady behind the door who was the main pharmacist and she said they were closed and couldn’t help, I was then confused and checked the closing times and had 4 minutes before official closing. I just hope next time the lady knows she’s running a pharmacist with precise opening and closing times because most things can be vital. Thanks.

   Was in boots portobello went to the counter with a product and was completely ignored for fully 10 minutes by 2 staff members,I said excuse me could you serve please and was still ignored,I left the product on the counter and walked out,very bad service won't be back,boots you need to retrain your staff

   Visited quite a while ago. This Nadeem person who works as a pharmacist there is very rude and completely unprofessional. We had the same awful experience with him at another pharmacy (not Boots) at Mayfield where he was locuming.

   after being stung by a large jellyfish, it became clear quite quickly that i was suffering an adverse reaction. the pharmacist at boots gave me antihistamines, a glass of water and asked me to stay so she could observe me. i sadly became worse and boots called 999. i cannot recommend the care fatima the pharmacist and the team at boots gave me

   It's frequently closed when online opening hours say it will be open, but if you do manage to get in, the pharmacist is rude, unhelpful and condescending. Would not recommend if you can avoid.

   Pharmacist down right rude had to come 3 times for 1 prescription. Pharmacist Has no concept of people working 12 hours shifts and when I arrive home is closed . I also wish I could give zero stars as customer service received is shocking if I spoke to my customers like that I will be sacked.
