Why oh why does the website hours say open when the shop is shut from 1-2pm. These hours were introduced during covid and for the life of me I cannot understand why they are still in place

turned up to collect prescription during operation hours and pharmacy was closed. Useless
Google says OPEN! It’s not. It’s closed. 1-2pm Monday to Friday. For lunch. Saturday closed 1:15-1:45 pm but it’s ok they need less lunch that day so only half an hour. This policy is flawed. It’s 2025, the entire store doesn’t need to be shut for those who are only free on THEIR lunch break to get essential items from these stores. Old policy not evolving for the present day.
Small but plenty of every day items... and even some not so everyday items. I ordered some first aid items for my outdoor kit (items not everyone really uses unless they go in hard to reach dangerous outdoors places), but when I got there, to my surprises the firs aid section had even more item than I could think of.... Plus, there was a Very helpful lady at the counter. Was setting up my card on the app and could hear her dealing with a lot of clients from genuine needs to needy people and has was very professional and sympathetic. Power of good corporate culture And passion for your job.❤️
I would like to thank Buckstone chemist pharmacist for giving me to correct information for my skin condition and prescribing the appropriate creams to clear up my skin I was extremely grateful for the prompt and efficient service I received. Thank you Boots at Buckstone
Staff is good but its too much load at a very small place. Its a very small pharmacy for a large number of customers. People are standing in queue outside the shop as only 4 people can be inside at one time. Either its freezing cold or a rainy windy day you have to wait outside on street in queue everyday
Absolutely awful. Slow useless staff. Ignorant, arrogant and clueless
They never pick up the phone. I have spent hours today trying to reach them, no success. Really annoying. I will get my prescriptions from somewhere else from now on.
Terrible customer service,Very rude and unprofessional.Have written to complain and after 2 weeks still have not had the courtesy of a response.Somewhat ironic given my complaint is about precisely that-courtesy and how to treat your customers!Looks like I’ll need to follow up.
