   Honestly one of the worst levels of service ever experienced. Not only did they mess a prescription up but then claimed it was MY fault. Then got nothing but attitude from the female behind the counter. Staff who work in the counter think they are doctors. Huge amounts of retraining needed here. I would honestly avoid this place like the plague! Highly unprofessional and even more incompetent!

   This is the best pharmacy I've used since moving to Edinburgh. The staff are all so friendly and kind and the services they provide are very good. I've had to use the Pharmacy First service a few times and the pharmacists have always been very knowledgeable and understanding. Every time I leave, I have a smile on my face (which is saying something because often times I'm in there because I'm not feeling well) and I think, "I need to leave them a good review", so now I'm finally doing it!

   I have a disability that often prevents me from leaving the house, so I rely on their delivery service, which is absolutely fantastic! My prescription is often delivered within 24 hours of ordering, and on some occasions, it’s even arrived the same day. I lost some important medication over the weekend, so I requested more last night, and it arrived this afternoon. I was really impressed, especially considering it's the run-up to Christmas.
