Nursery looks chaotic and a mess with no staff. Manager/ owner can’t manage a stable nursery at all what a joke.
I had a very negative experience with this nursery. The cleanliness and overall state of the place were extremely poor, and I rarely received any updates about my child’s day. The manager was especially rude and dismissive it’s hard to understand how someone with that attitude is running a childcare setting. I also noticed how badly she treated her staff, with little kindness or respect, which was very upsetting to see. Unfortunately, she doesn’t seem open to listening to parents or working with us to support our children. I truly hope things change, both for the children and the staff
Honestly, this place is a joke. The manager is beyond rude one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever come across. From the way she speaks to parents, you’d think she’s doing us a favour just by existing. And from what I’ve heard, she can’t even treat her own staff with basic respect. Instead of focusing on running a nursery properly, she seems more concerned with parading herself on TikTok in ways that hardly scream professionalism. If this is how she runs things, I’d seriously question the quality of care going on behind closed doors. Wouldn’t recommend this nursery to anyone at all.
We are incredibly pleased with the care and attention our daughter receives at Kiddy Care Nursery. The staff is exceptionally caring and dedicated, ensuring that every child feels safe and loved. The variety of activities they offer is fantastic, keeping the children engaged and excited to learn, from trips to the local park and forest to Science Museum. One of the highlights was when they brought in hatching eggs, allowing the kids to witness the life cycle—an unforgettable and educational experience. Our daughter has thrived in this nurturing environment, and we couldn't be happier with the support and care provided by the wonderful team at Kiddy Care Nursery. Highly recommended!
A massive thank you to all the brilliant staff who have helped in my sons learning development and achievements. A special thank you to Nosh the owner of the nursery who has shown dedication and commitment in setting a good standard of practice in the overall welfare, safeguarding and the warmth of the children in nursery. The rooms are planned out well and kept clean given the space available. Resources are plenty and children are always kept engaged and stimulated. I am so pleased with my choice of nursery for my sons first learning journey.
my son started this nursery at 11 months old and I knew it was the perfect nursery from my first visit, all the staff are so kind and caring, it is a small intimate nursery so all the children get the attention they need and deserve. My sons speech has been delayed and the nursery staff have gone above and beyond to work on his speech development and his speech has now improved so much. He is now 2 years old and has a lovely happy personality which I know his time at the nursery has contributed too as all the staff are always smiling. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping my child grow and develop into such a lovely boy and I hope as we move town I am lucky enough to find a nursery just as amazing for him as this one!
Have had both my children go to nursery and have seen a huge improvement on their social and language skills. The staff are very professional and understanding of any queries one might have. A small but family friendly place.
We really appreciated your efforts and alphabet phonics is really good tool and is helping establish their reading and writing. Our boy now does well and started level 4 reading after few months starting in reception. We very much appreciated all your hard work and effort in helping our child and others. Our child also enjoyed his time in Kiddycare and thanks for taking them to local library, farm, museums, and local shop for them to explore different venues and experience. We also like all the staff and manager who do make the friendly andwarm atmosphere in Kiddycare. Thanks all for everything. Highly recommend to all local parents to visit and choose Kiddycare nursery.
It a small beautifully set day nursery. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. My son goes there full time.He spoke few words when started and in less than two months he has improved so much. He learns something new everyday. He is healthy he is happy i am happy. I would like to thank every one at kiddy care for looking after my son and teaching him so many things. I recommend this nursery to every one. Five stars from me.
My 2 yr old had a wonderful time in this nursery. Teachers were kind, caring & always ready to help. Nosheen who runs the nursery is amazing, shes always ready to help & talk to parents. Absolutely loved Nosheen’s personality, from the very first time i went to visit the nursery, children were running up to her. She spoke to the children with so much love they seemed to love her so much! I saw teachers sitting down and teaching children in different way, sometimes in groups and sometimes one on one. From sensory to playdough fun they did it all. There are always enough teachers around to watch over children and to help them. The garden was amazing & my daughter loved playing outside. Naps and nappy changes were always done on time. The nursery did their own food, my daughter didn’t eat some food the nursery had on the menu but the nursery was ready to help. Nosheed gave me the meals/snacks menu before her settling in days and I provided some alternatives and told them exactly what she won’t be eating. The nursery replaced the foods always ensuring my daughter stayed away from the food she did not eat. The food was made fresh on site and looked lovely and my daughter said she enjoyed her meals. Whenever i collected my daughter she was always happy playing, only a few odd occasions my daughter cried when dropping off mainly because she was tired or had a bad night but other then that i’ve not seen my daughter cry in nursery. She loved all the teachers and got on with all of them. A big thank you to Kiddy Care for taking care of my baby ❤️ A happy MaMa here xxx
