Went in for advice on the correct decongestant to use given my existing meds and conditions. The pharmacist couldn't even be bothered letting me finish my sentences, and eventually sold me Sudafed even though I explicitly asked if it was OK for a diabetic (pro-tip, it's one of the ones that spikes your sugars, so NO). Don't go here if you need actual assistance, the wonderful folks at the Boots round the corner will do much better - and you won't have to wait in a weird little "one person only" cage, either.

Avoid this pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely rude and arrogant over a simple question. Overall and unwelcoming & unfriendly establishment.

Overall okay but I got my medication way past it's due date, when I sent an email about it, no one replied. Only when I phoned they offered a replacement, for which I had to go all the way to the Haymarket to collect it, which wasn't most convenient.

I was misfortunate enough to pick up my medication whilst dealing with the death of a close friend and was told by a staff member to go back home. I live in Shetland and find the attitude of the person involved absolutely disgusting and they are not fit to work with the public.

Do NOT recommend! The pharmacist and staff don't care about their customers at all. When you go there, they neither ask about your symptoms in specific nor the durations of your illness nor whether you have already taken any medicine. After my first sentence which literally just was "I feel sick", they already tried to sell me medicine which would not have helped me at all! Once I interrupted him and tried to explain more about my health issues (which he didn't even care about listening or asking further questions), he suggeated other medicine. However, I didn't have the feeling he was competent, nor did he show any interest in really helping me. He just wanted to sell with the lowest effort possible.... Won't recommend going there.

Extremely rude, condescending, and xenophobic staff. Do not go there. Go to boots instead where you won’t be treated so badly.

Very quick and easy to use. No fuss, small wait. Never an issue. I think the pharmacist keeps a tight ship and won't put up with any shenanigans. Good for him.

Been using this pharmacy for over ten years and in all occasions that I've needed answers for medical reasons and advice the main pharmacist is a great help and the rest of the staff are so nice and approachable that I would say best place to get seen so take note

Traveled to Edinburgh from England & forgot my Heart medication. Arranged my Gp to send prescription to Apple pharmacy. Called in to collect and 1 main medication was not instock. It was 10am Pharmacist Simon assured me to call back @ 4pm. When called back no medication was available and his Attitude was all wrong & extremely rude!... This medication could have been matter of life and death to me. He is in completely wrong trade/service as clearly has no care and respect... Avoid Avoid at all cost in my experience!

Staff are always really friendly and remember your face. Helpful service - they've assisted me with everything from repeat prescriptions to finding the right cosmetics. Great local pharmacy.
