   My wife and I were looking for an office chair for our small room where we have our computer. The space was fairly limited but we needed a chair which was comfortable as well as functional. Val went out of her way to accommodate us, and my wife was able to sit on several chairs to try them for comfort and practicality. Our initial visit unfortunately coincided with Bennetts having to move to their new premises in Torrance. Val provided me with her mobile number and with excellent directions of how to get to the new premises. We were very impressed with the treatment we received from Val and left there with our perfect chair. Many thanks for all your help.

   Very poor customer service. Valerie’s husband told me I could bring back an extra item I bought by mistake but when returning the item Valerie was most unpleasant and shouted at me saying “I’m the boss and I’m not taking it back” I was very upset and will never go there again. I will not be recommending this store to anyone.
